2. Description of Service

Finny is a personal finance tracking application that helps you manage your expenses, income, and budgets. The App offers both free and premium features.

2.1 Free Features

• Manual transaction entry and tracking
• Expense categorization
• Financial reports and insights
• Multiple currency support

2.2 Premium Features

The following AI-powered features require a premium subscription:

• Camera/bill scanning for automatic transaction logging
• Text-based AI transaction entry
• Voice-based transaction logging

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through a subscription. Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store account.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store settings.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Finny and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability

Finny is a tool to help you track your finances but is not a substitute for professional financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information in the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in our AI-powered features, automated transaction recognition may occasionally produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all transactions entered through the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
